Yesterday was Poinsettia day, and we happen to have a few in our office to bring in the holiday spirit! On our Facebook Page yesterday we had a trivia question to see how many poinsettias you thought were in our office. We have five poinsettias in our office, and Raychel captured one of them here.
Contrary to popular belief, poinsettias are not poisonous, though we wouldn't recommend eating them (the leaves have an awful taste). A study at Ohio State University showed that a 50 pound child would have to eat more than 500 leaves to have any harmful effect. You might want to keep them out of reach from your pets, because eating the leaves can cause them to experience vomiting and diarrhea.

For more interesting facts and information on how help your poinsettias last longer, visit the Poinsettia Pages from the University of Illinois Extension.

Staff Christmas Party

This year Dental Health Associates had its staff Christmas Party at Stanley and Seafort's.
Tina (and the colonel) looks all geared up for the annual white elephant gift exchange.
Never was one happier to have the Justin Bieber Christmas ornament stolen from him!
Apparently Christmas ornaments were abundant this year.

Dental Health Associates hopes everyone had a wonderful Christmas!

Merry Christmas!

Here at Dental Health Associates we are getting ready for the upcoming holidays! We have brought a touch of Christmas into our office, and we found that even our patients are getting festive. There was a darling little girl in our waiting room who fit in with the Christmas spirit, so we snuck her into the collage (with mom's permission, of course!)

We look forward to helping you improve your smile that is sure to show through the upcoming celebrations! If you need to make an appointment, please give us a call at 253-582-5050 or click here to fill out an appointment request.
